Building on strong client relationships and a track record with global brands, SRA has been appointed to design and deliver new-build Starbucks Drive-Thru schemes to the brand’s latest corporate identity requirements in Rustington, Littlehampton and Quedgeley, Gloucester. 

Appointed by Store Property Limited, SRA was instructed to design and deliver a new-build Starbucks Drive-Thru unit as the latest addition to the well-established Rustington Retail Park situated in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Opening to the public in late-2023, the proposals sought to optimise use of the existing Retail Park layout in order to minimise enabling and ground works costs, whilst limiting disruption to the user experience of the Retail Park and reducing the overall construction programme. 

More recently, SRA has been instructed by Robert Hitchins Limited to deliver a new-build Starbucks Drive-Thru unit on a prominent, vacant plot that sits between Kingsway Business Park and Waterwells Business Park in Quedgeley, Gloucester.  The proposals will create a contemporary identity that is complementary to the surrounding Parks, whilst enhancing ecological value and overall character of the site.  The unit makes use of modern construction methods, using a modular system to improve on finish quality and reduce programme duration.
